You can connect to your private network via the WiFi Secure network. The WiFi Secure is a WPA2 Enterprise network which requires a username and password as well as accepting a certificate.
Note: Some devices like Printers, Smart Speakers, TV's or any other device that can't accept a WPA2 Enterprise network would need to be connected to the WiFi MAC/Device WiFi, see this guide here to complete this.
Receiving your Wi-Fi username and password
When your Wi-Fi account is created by your operator or occupier admin, you will receive an email inviting you to join the Wi-Fi Secure network. This email includes:
The name of the Wi-Fi Secure network that you need to connect your devices to (wireless name).
The username and password that you should use when connecting your device to the Wi-Fi Secure network.
Tip: If you have not received an invitation email, check your junk folder to make sure it hasn't been sent there. If there is still no email after a delay, speak to your operator or occupier admin.
Any further issues, please contact the site team and they can assist further.

Tip: If you want to connect private devices (your laptop or mobile) to the Wi-Fi, you need to connect them to the Wi-Fi Secure network. For more information, see Connect to Wi-Fi Secure.
Important: Depending on your agreement with your operator, some or all of your Wi-Fi devices may have already been set up on your behalf as part of on-boarding.
Add and connect a Wi-Fi device
Important: To connect a shared device to the Wi-Fi device network, you need to do both of the following:
Add the Wi-Fi device details to your portal.
Connect the device to the Wi-Fi device network.
The following process describes both steps. You can perform the steps in either order, but you will only be able to make use of your shared device once both steps are complete.
From the main menu, click Wi-Fi devices.
Add the device.
Click Add a device.
Specify the details for your device as described in Add a device.

WiFi MAC
If your network is called "WiFi Device", you need to enter the Wi-Fi device password. For instructions, see View the Wi-Fi device password.
If your network is called "WiFi MAC", you do not need a password to connect.
The MAC address is effectively the password for this type of connection.
Note: You may get some warnings about the connection being insecure, this is normal as the network doesn't have a password.
Once the Wi-Fi device is added and connected to the network, you should test that you can use it.
