With the Call Recording feature, you can ensure that all calls made by your users are recorded, and can be downloaded to support resolutions and disputes, and ensure FCA compliance.
To enable call recording or conferencing features, ask your Site Manager to assign these services to your account. If adding additional call recording services, raise a case with the essensys team to let us know which extensions need to be enabled.
Once enabled, you can access Call Recording from Telephone Manager.
Select Call Recording from the Features Setup menu.
From this screen you can view a list of numbers that have call recording assigned to them.
