Both occupier users and occupier admins can use their mobile app to view and manage their own basic user details. You can:

  • Update your own basic details; that is, your mobile number, direct line number, and job title.

  • Set your Wi-Fi password. This password is used when connecting your private devices (laptops, mobiles, and so on) to the Wi-Fi Secure network.

  • View the version number for the mobile app. Note: You may be asked for your version number if you need to contact essensys for assistance.

  • You can also sign out of the mobile app from this page. For more information, see Sign out of your mobile app.

Tip: You can edit additional details (your name, user account, and telephony details) using the portal.

View and edit "my profile"

  1. From the main menu at the bottom of the page, click My profile.
    The My profile page opens. Your basic profile details are visible in the page.

  2. Click Edit and update your basic details as necessary.
    The basic details editor opens. You can edit your own Job title and contact telephone numbers (direct line and mobile telephone numbers).

  3. Click Save.

The changes to your profile are saved.

Set your Wi-Fi password

If your Wi-Fi account is currently ACTIVE, you can sign in to the Wi-Fi Secure network at your site or sites using a secure password. You can set this password from your My profile page.

To set your Wi-Fi password:

  1. From the main menu at the bottom of the page, click My profile.

  2. Click Set password.
    Note: This option is not available if your Wi-Fi account is not Active. In this case, speak to your account administrator.

  3. Type and Confirm a new password.
    Your new password must:

    • Be at least 8 characters long.

    • Include at least one digit.

    • Include at least one lower case letter.

    • Include at least one upper case letter.

  4. Click Set password.

Your Wi-Fi password is updated.

Tip: Since you have updated your Wi-Fi password, you will need to reconnect all of the private devices that you have on the Wi-Fi Secure network.

Click Edit from the top-right of the details view to update the editable details of your profile.

Full name

Read-only.

Your first and last names.

Job title

Editable.

Your job title.

This value is recorded for information only.

Occupier name

Read-only.

The name of your occupier.

Direct line

Editable.

Your contact land line number.

Mobile phone

Editable.

Your contact mobile number.

Email address

Read-only.

Your unique email address.

Wi-Fi access:

Your Wi-Fi password is used when connecting your private devices (laptops, mobiles, and so on) to the Wi-Fi Secure network.

If you want to change the password that you use to log on to Wi-Fi, you can use the Set password option.

Click Sign out to sign out of your mobile app.

You will need to sign back in with your user account details.
